This contest aims to celebrate moments. A moment, for this contest, means something that occurs without staging. An unposed happening on the day of a wedding, documented by the photographer.
Does the moment need to happen on the wedding day?
Yes, only wedding day photographs taken in 2023 are eligible for this contest.
How do I know if I have staged a photo or not?
The spirit of this contest is observing a moment, not creating one. While the judges will not police the photos, our hope is your intentions align with ours. Meaning you know yourself if something is candid and natural, versus a staged photo.
Can I enter the contest if I am not a European?
No, unfortunately. The 2023 edition of the WUN Awards is only for Europeans.
